Founded in 2007 by Master Electrician Frank LaPlace, Frank’s Electric & Utility Service was built on a simple promise: deliver exceptional electrical work with honesty, integrity, and forward-thinking expertise.

Frank began his career studying Electrical Theory at the University of Palm Beach, where he quickly excelled. Within just four years, he earned his Master Electrical Contractor license in the state of Florida—an achievement he balanced while working full-time as a Foreman, leading teams and managing multiple projects with precision and professionalism.

After earning his certification, Frank returned home to St. Thomas with a clear mission: to raise the standard of electrical services in the Virgin Islands. Today, Frank’s Electric & Utility Service proudly serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers, offering dependable solutions tailored to every type of property and project.
